This program is designed for both male and females of all fitness levels looking to improve the strength, length and coordination of the pelvic floor muscles. Participants will be educated more on what the pelvic floor is and be provided with targeted exercises to improve the function of the pelvic floor needed for optimal bowel, bladder and sexual health. This program is a great way to become more in tune with your body, posture, breath and balance.
