What to Expect

• Light strength training at a level compatible with your fitness abilities, while still offering you the challenge you crave
• Programming that will include exercises to improve cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, strength, posture and balance to leave you feeling and moving better (50–60 minutes)
• Exercises that can be customized to your fitness level

Ignite is a small group training program designed for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. Receive in-depth training, on the fitness floor, and increase the intensity of your workouts.

• Total-body weight training that will improve your strength, build lean muscle and decrease body fat
• Exercises designed to increase power which will enhance your performance in and out of the gym
• High-intensity intervals that will launch your fitness to new heights
