A routine of exercises that will be done standing using tubes with handles or weights.  These exercises will work the entire body head to toe.

Work on head to toe flexibility and balance. This class is designed to increase mobility for the entire body and will involve the use of a mat for floor work.

This class works in 30-second intervals. Each round will add a new movement, increasing your work time. After all 7 exercises are completed in succession you begin to eliminate one every round decreasing your workload. Challenge yourself to get to the peak of this workout!
